Nomadia strengthens its position as a major player in CRM solutions with the acquisition of Nomadvantage
Paris, January 24, 2024 – Nomadia, one of the European leaders in SaaS solutions for mobile professionals (salespeople, technicians, delivery people) today announces the acquisition of Nomadvantage, a French company specializing in customer relations in the field of health and well-being and publisher of OpenPharma, the reference CRM for health and well-being sales forces. With a strong presence in the smart mobility market and commercial performance, Nomadia is deploying its expertise to a new segment of the healthcare sector with an increased need for optimization and productivity. After Neosafe (September 2022) and Synchroteam (September 2023), Nomadvantage is the third company acquired by Nomadia in the last 18 months.
Pharmaceutical representatives: healthcare players in constant search of productivity
The pharmaceutical representative plays a central role in a rapidly changing medical industry. As an essential link between pharmaceutical laboratories and points of sale, it faces many challenges: to be ever more efficient in the field, to develop turnover, to optimize the presence and shelf life of its products, to retain a customer portfolio of pharmacies and parapharmacies, to prospect and to establish a quality customer relationship that lasts over time. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is therefore the essential tool to support them on a daily basis in their missions and effectively manage their operations.
It is in this context that Nomadvantage has developed OpenPharma, a CRM solution designed to increase the commercial productivity of health and well-being players (suppliers of general, generic and OTC medicines, food supplements, dermo-cosmetic products, infant nutrition, medical devices, dental hygiene products, etc.). This multi-platform solution is aimed at the field sales forces of laboratories and manufacturers in the sector responsible for visiting pharmacies, parapharmacies, organic stores and hospitals, with the aim of maximizing sales while negotiating optimal conditions. OpenPharma supports these players in the field in boosting their sales productivity, reducing their sales costs and building customer loyalty. The solution supports them on a daily basis in the preparation of their visits, the digitization of their activity, and allows them to access valuable data in a centralized way. Thanks to its flexibility, OpenPharma offers a modular offer made up of various business functionalities such as order taking, challenge management and connection to numerous business tools and health data. Thanks to OpenPharma, managers, customer service and marketing departments also have an application adapted to their needs. With more than €5 million in orders for pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products processed per day and 3,000 users in more than 10 countries, OpenPharma is a reference in the world of health and well-being.
